that one Indian and sixteen Chinese

Convicts under sentence of Transportation were on the 6th instant conveyed to

Penang
Herr", at the rate of $30 per man,
amounting to £. 106. 5.0 for the whole.
The usual documents.
required for their detention at that place were forwarded by the same vessel to the Governor of the Straits
Settlements.
